Every giant in March of Giants

March of Giants has 17 playable giants, and every one of them is a Dream or a Nightmare brought back to fight: eight Dreams such as Victoria, the Dream of Victory, and Goliath, the Dream of Courage, against nine Nightmares such as Wolfgang, the Nightmare of Rage, and Ossuary, the Nightmare of the Fallen.

March of Giants classes

The class says what a giant is for. March of Giants has five Fighters (Elaris, Oriane, Ossuary, Trench Maw and Victoria), three Commanders (Goliath, Solace and Stratus), three Sappers (Iron Sister, Kragg and Strykka), three Artillery giants (Dreadnought, Flint and Malgrove), two Assassins (Voidmaster and Wolfgang) and one Mage, Pandemos.

Fighters are fast and roam to other lanes, Commanders keep their lane under pressure with soldiers, Sappers hold ground with static defences and battleworks, and Artillery giants deal the most damage from the longest range in exchange for low mobility and few defences.

Melee, ranged and difficulty in March of Giants

Nine March of Giants giants fight in melee and eight at range. The game also rates how hard each giant is to play: Flint, Goliath, Solace, Stratus and Trench Maw are Easy, Elaris, Ossuary and Wolfgang are Hard, and the other nine sit in the middle as Moderate.

Every giant is also built around one kind of output. Six deal sustained damage, six deal burst damage and five are crowd controllers that lock enemies down for their team, which is a quick way to see what a giant brings to a team before you read its abilities.
